Webunload relies on our valuable community to help weed on problems, be it with the site itself or with certain members. If you see something wrong or suspect something is up, we want to hear from you.
Reporting Fraud
If you have been scammed out of deal with a seller here on Webunload, please let us know. Send an email to us through the form below. Be sure to include the username of the seller, a link to the item in question, and as much information about how the deal turned ugly as you can provide. This includes any saved history of contact you may have with the seller. This will allow us to make a better and fair decision on the appropriate punishment that a member might be entitled to, including being banned. We can not get your money back for you, so please keep that in mind and be careful in your transactions.
Reporting Ripped Item
If you see an item listed for sale here on Webunload that does not belong to the poster, please email us right away or make a comment about it in the items “Communication Line” (comments). Include the link to the item’s post, and, if possible, a link to the original copy of the item elsewhere. We will look into the issue right away and if necessary, ban that member. Webunload is meant to be a helpful and not harmful part of the design community, so the selling of items you do not have permission to sell is not permitted at all.
Reporting a Site Problem
If you encounter any kind of problems on the site, be it in display, registering, posting, commenting, etc, please kindly let us know right way so we can have the issue fixed. Be sure to include the url where the problem occurred and as much information on how it occurred as you can.
