The following is important information regarding WebUnload’s “Terms of Service”. It is recommended that both sellers and buyers read out Terms of Service so they are aware of any underlying policies that we have here on WebUnload. If you have a question about anything listed here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Terms of Service

Webunload is intended to offer an alternative method for the buying and selling of web related goods include, but not limited to: websites (established and unestablished), forums, templates, domains, and gaming accounts. WebUnload is a free service that also offers premium add-ons to posters who wish to maximize the return rate on their items. Premium upgrades are non-refundable. As a free service, WebUnload may occasionally use advertisements (but never in listings) to draw in additional income. WebUnload reserves the right to delete posts and/or ban users if a post is: blatant advertising, spam, less than 100 words, irrelevant, drug/warez/illegal related, etc. Webunload is also not responsible for the transaction itself between the buyer and the seller.

Please also be aware that Webunload is not your personal advertising hub. A simple post about your web design company / service is not a valid post, even though you may try to claim that you are “selling” your services. Do that somewhere else, not here.
