Recently I noticed that whitfyre, the guy who made the famous PhProxy script, stopped offering it for download citing ethical reasons. I decided to offer it here, since a lot of people really wanted it. It is legal because he has relinquished all responsibility.

For those who haven’t heard, PhProxy is a great php proxy script to build a proxy site. I comes with all the standard features, like URL encoding, script removal, and cookie management.
