Toren.tv has been an ongoing project of mine for awhile now and I’m looking to bid farewell to it to pursue some new ideas I have.
What is it ?
Toren.tv allows easy communication with friends, family, and co-workers allowing you to instantly stream your webcam in live in real time across the internet  for others to see as well as chat via a live ajax chat application.
This is a very unique auction as this application is one of the first of it’s kind.
Over 500 hours of code/design have went into this project.
Features of the Toren.tv
Customizable Channels Each user is in control of their own individual channel, users can customize their channel by editing various sections such as their channel image, channel name, description and about me section.
Live Video Streaming Fully customizable 1-many flash video streaming delivery service. All streams are fed to viewers in real-time and are not recorded prior to delivery.
Ajax Chatroom Allows users watching others channels to chat amongst themselves in real-time
rooms / users / emoticons / image insertion / wordcount / admin / sound / browser header notifications
Messaging System Allows users to privately communicate with other users in the system.
Commenting System Allows users to publicly communicate with other users by placing a comment on another users channel.
Friend System Allows users to keep track of their favorite channels or friends on the site.
Star Rating System Allows users to give another users channel a star rating from 1 to 5 stars, all rating are then tallied up and displayed.
